FREQUENTLY Asked QUESTIONS
Q. I don’t know anything about running a food business. Is this ok?A.
Yes. Before you open your Burger Urge restaurant, we will provide you with a comprehensive 8 week training program so that you can learn the Burger Urge systems and procedures and be fully prepared to run your own business.
Q. Am I required to work in the restaurant?A.
Yes. Experience tells us that Burger Urge sites perform significantly better when their owners actively participate in the day to day running of their restaurant. Nothing can replace a dedicated, passionate owner who has a vested interest in making the business a success.
Q. Do I have to find a site?A.
We have an experienced property team who can assist our franchise applicants with their site selection process. Applicants are welcome to propose sites if they have a preferred store location in mind.
