Burger Urge is seeking a hands-on Store Manager. This means we don’t want a clipboard manager, we don’t do ticking and flicking in this company.  We are looking for an energetic, hardworking, and motivating manager who embraces and drives change and can positively influence workplace culture.

  • Due to the level of the position, we are looking for someone with management experience.

  • Have an understanding of the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment.
  • Can handle basic HR queries from your current and future staff (E.g. recruitment, conflict resolutions, onboarding assistance, etc)
