The burger starts with an exquisitely marbled wagyu patty, crispy wagyu bresaola and jamon iberico, smoked egg, gold cheese, microgreens, butter pickles, finished with a flourish of truffle dust, and a slathering of truffled gold mustard all nestled in a gold leaf potato bun. Served with a glass of Cristal champagne and a side of truffle fries, this seems like a meal that money can’t buy. Money can buy this experience for $165, but only the most select Nouveau Riche personalities will be invited to attend.
