The Quest rolls into Music City
Second Stop: Nashville.
Created out of a little bad luck in Nashville, Bad Luck Burger Club was founded by Andy Atkins and Cody Driggers after the pandemic brought the music industry to a halt. What started as two mates messing around with flat-top griddles quickly became a local obsession, with their seriously good smash burgers popping up at bars and breweries across the city.
Their Island Boi Burger inspired our Nashville stack, bringing together juicy beef, smoky bacon, sweet pineapple, American cheese and sticky teriyaki on a soft potato bun. Salty, smoky, sweet and sticky all at once, an unexpected combination to get your mouth juices flowin'. Big flavour, a little bit outrageous, and very Nashville.
